With around 25 dedicated employees, we support our customers personally, competently, and in a solution-oriented manner.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Real Estate Accountant (f/m/d) 80% - 100% immediately or by arrangement

What awaits you

• Independent management of property accounting for rental properties
• Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable including dunning processes
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Close cooperation with our property managers
• Ensuring correct and timely financial processing of our mandates

What you bring with you

• Experience in accounting, ideally in the real estate industry
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting
• Interest in real estate as well as tenancy law
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Joy in dealing with numbers and digital tools
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of GARAIO REM is an advantage
• Team spirit as well as a friendly and service-oriented demeanor
