Project Manager Retail Construction 80-100% For our four-member construction project management team, we are looking for you as a Project Manager Retail Construction for our four brands. In your role, you will bring new store concepts and designs to the floor and implement exciting renovation and new construction projects on a wide variety of spaces, from small renovations to complete store concepts. In doing so, you will work closely with internal departments and external partners and ensure that creative ideas become functional stores for our customers. Your area of responsibility: You plan and implement renovations and new constructions of all store brands throughout the entire branch network Switzerland-wide You work closely with internal and external interfaces and accompany negotiations in construction-relevant matters You carry out construction condition inspections, estimate costs and risks, and thereby prepare contract decisions You clarify everything with building authorities, offices, and the fire police and obtain the necessary permits You coordinate meetings internally and with all trades, instruct the companies involved in construction, carry out acceptances, and organize defect rectification until the final handover to sales Our requirements: You have training as a CAD technician, construction technician, or a comparable qualification with corresponding further training in construction You bring at least 2–3 years of experience as a project manager in retail or interior fit-out or structural engineering You are confident in using the MS Office Suite; CAD knowledge is a plus Your German language skills are stylistically confident and ideally you can also communicate in other national languages You work in a structured and independent manner, are strong in communication, bring a hands-on mentality, and enjoy playing in a team With us, PROGRESS is a priority.
