You lead and coordinate demanding heating projects in an interdisciplinary environment – from the first inquiry to planning and successful implementation. You are the central point of contact for our customers and for assembly teams and external partners. You support sales with technical questions and ensure with foresight that quality, time, and budget are always in harmony. YOUR TASKS You take responsibility for exciting projects and accompany them independently from idea to commissioning. With your technical know-how, you advise our customers on modern heat solutions such as heat pumps, wood heating systems, or district heating. You work closely with installers, energy consultants, suppliers, and partner companies – solution-oriented and at eye level. You always have quality, time, and costs under control, ensuring smooth processes and satisfied customers. You bring in your own ideas and help develop our digital platform and processes further – because innovation is created through participation. WHAT YOU BRING You are a trained heating planner, technician, or have a comparable qualification. You already have initial knowledge in planning and implementing modern heating systems. Experience with renewable energies is an advantage. You have an independent, organized way of working and approach problems in a solution-oriented manner. You are self-disciplined and like to take responsibility. You have a confident appearance and are a communicative, reliable, and punctual person.
