Your perspectives • Varied activity with high individual responsibility • Modern workplace, flat hierarchies and collegial team • Individual development opportunities and long-term perspective • Management of innovative and demanding construction projects Your task • Independent construction management and execution of new construction, renovation and refurbishment projects in all phases • Construction administration: Obtaining and checking offers, preparing tender documents as well as responsibility for compliance with schedule, quality, safety and cost requirements including cost planning, construction cost optimization, ongoing controlling and construction accounting • Close cooperation and coordination with clients, authorities, architects, specialist planners and subcontractors to ensure smooth processing • Risk management and problem solving during the entire project process Your profile • Several years of experience as a construction manager in Switzerland, ideally with training as a Dipl. Bauleiter or an equivalent qualification in construction • High coordination skills as well as a solution-oriented, exact way of working with a structured approach • You think entrepreneurially, can provide references in renovation and new construction and have several years of experience in structural and interior finishing • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage • Very good knowledge of the Swiss construction industry, laws and SIA standards • Confident handling of MS Office and sound knowledge of MesserliBAUAD • Driver's license category B and willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland Applications via email please with reference XYS171 in the subject.
