We are looking for a Barman / Barmaid on a CDI at 100 %. Your missions Welcome and advise customers with professionalism and elegance Take orders and prepare drinks, cocktails, and house creations Guarantee smooth and high-quality service, even during busy periods Manage bar stock and equipment Actively participate in the development of beverage, cocktail, and spirits menus Ensure the payment of consumption (Available to work according to usual restaurant hours, both during the week and on weekends) Your profile • Excellent presentation and a keen sense of customer service • French native language, fluent English indispensable • Solid technical bar skills • Very good knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails • Mastery of cocktail creation and sales techniques • Successful experience as a Barman/Barmaid in a 4 or 5-star establishment Are you passionate, rigorous, dynamic, and do you like working in a demanding and stimulating environment?
