Product Manager Velo Your main tasks You assume overall functional and operational responsibility for the product areas Velo Groups / Individual. This from conception through to purchasing to market readiness You continuously develop the product portfolio, identify new destinations and trends and ensure competitiveness in the market You negotiate and maintain contracts with service providers worldwide (hotels, guides, bicycle rentals, transport partners, DMCs etc.) and are responsible for the entire purchasing strategy You control calculation, pricing and profitability control and bear budget responsibility for the area You lead and further develop a team of six employees in a goal-oriented manner and create a work culture that promotes individual responsibility and quality You are responsible for the sales and marketing of your products together with the in-house marketing agency You are responsible for the production of the product-relevant annual catalogs You are responsible for quality assurance and ensure that our products consistently meet the high demands of our customers Your profile Completed training preferably with further education, ideally in tourism Several years of experience in tour operating with group and/or individual travel Knowledge in the Velo and active travel segment is a clear advantage Proven leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate and further develop teams Analytical thinking, structured working and strong negotiation skills High IT affinity Very good German and English skills Genuine enthusiasm for Velo and outdoor travel What awaits you Management position with real creative freedom and strong support from the group Motivated team with high identification with the product and brand Central workplace in Luzern with very good public transport connections Convincing compensation, where your success pays off directly Attractive travel conditions within the group jpidbcc3274jm jit0731jm jiy26jm
