Casino Interlaken AG is a significant company in the Swiss entertainment industry. With up to 90,000 guests annually, we have been operating a land-based casino in Interlaken since 2002 with first-class service for our guests. Our diverse team of over 60 employees of different nations and the family-like atmosphere are the heart of our success. And because we always want to stay on the ball, we have expanded our offering since February 2020: Our online casino StarVegas brings the gaming fun directly to our customers - everywhere in Switzerland.

YOUR FIELD OF PLAY
At Casino Interlaken AG, you are responsible for the IT for the Casino Interlaken as well as for our online casino StarVegas. You combine strategic leadership with hands-on administration and are the central contact person for all IT topics. Your mission is exciting and diverse: You develop the IT strategy together with the management, implement it in your own projects, and evaluate new technologies. You are responsible for the entire IT infrastructure and ensure stable, secure, and reliable operation. You lead our small IT team and develop it further. You manage two separate IT environments: For Casino Interlaken and StarVegas, you each administer Microsoft 365, clients, as well as users and permissions. In Casino Interlaken, you are additionally responsible for the on-premises networks and servers. You analyze and resolve malfunctions and support our employees in 1st and 2nd level support. You control external IT service providers and are responsible for the IT budget as well as the procurement of hardware and software.

YOUR SUPERPOWERS
In our IT team, you are exactly right if you bring the following qualifications: Completed studies in computer science or comparable qualification. Sound professional experience in system and network administration as well as experience in project management. Initial experience in a comparable position is an advantage, e.g., as Deputy IT Manager. Sound knowledge in Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, networks, and cloud services. Scripting knowledge, such as in PowerShell or Python. A structured, solution-oriented way of working and joy in pursuing problems to the root. Good German skills and very good English skills. An unblemished debt collection and criminal record.
