Technical Project Manager LifeCycle Management

You lead and coordinate technical projects in the area of LifeCycle Management of rail vehicles and develop solutions for obsolete components and systems.

Tasks

• Timely processing, planning and management of obsolescence projects in an international environment
• Support of sales in LifeCycle topics and creation of technical offers
• Planning and leading internal engineering and approval activities
• Developing solutions for the continued operation of vehicles of various types and generations
• Planning of solutions for obsolete components in cooperation with fleet management
• Leadership of an interdisciplinary project team
• Coordination of the LifeCycle Project Managers

Profile

• Completed studies in electronics, mechatronics or equivalent training
• Experience in leading projects, possibly program or portfolio management
• Team player with high social competence and commitment
• Many years of experience in the railway industry or in plant engineering, ideally engineering and approval
• Business fluent in German and English, further languages an advantage
• Willingness to travel of 10-20%
