Your tasks ###

• Manage and optimize the corporate IT infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, VMware, storage and backup systems.
• Administer key infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, GPO, and PKI.
• Ensure the availability, security, performance, and disaster recovery readiness of the infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure operations using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code.
• Resolve complex infrastructure problems and promote continuous improvement.
• Assume a leading technical role in migrations and infrastructure separation activities as part of our IT carve-out project.
• Maintain technical documentation and support security and compliance initiatives.

Your profile ###

• Completed higher education, preferably with a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of practical experience in engineering and operating enterprise IT infrastructures, primarily in on-premises environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows servers, Linux, VMware, and enterprise storage and backup solutions.
• Good understanding of networks, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, and infrastructure security.
• Experience in scripting, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Operational knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven experience in infrastructure migrations and complex IT transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of technical responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in English at a professional level is mandatory.
