We take responsibility for humans and animals and try to be a role model in our industry every day.   Your challenge: ## • Operation, installation, and support of Windows servers and clients as well as access and identity management • Vulnerability and patch management for IT and OT systems • Support of special hardware in the IT and OT environment, including office and label printers • Consulting, implementation, and operation of solutions in the areas of Microsoft Cloud, network (Cisco, Ubiquity, Fortinet), virtualization (VMware), operational IT, and license management • Evaluation of new technologies and total solutions including obtaining and assessing offers • Planning, coordination, and implementation of internal and external IT projects • Further development of IT security as well as monitoring the threat situation and developing suitable response measures • Solution-oriented support for internal IT and OT users - remote and on-site • Cooperation with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth IT operations Your profile: ## • Degree as Informatiker EFZ, ideally in platform development or system technology • Professional experience in system or application operation or in IT support • Knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows Client, Windows Server, VMware, Fortinet, Cisco, and PowerShell • Structured, independent, and responsible way of working • Enjoyment of technical challenges and solving complex tasks • Initiative, networked thinking, and a strong service orientation • Good German skills in speaking and writing ## A highly diverse and independent activity, an exciting workplace, and a familiar, dedicated, and competent team await you.
