With your drive, your ability to implement, and your view of the big picture, do you reliably bring changes to fruition? In this role, you are part of the Underwriting business unit in the Workflow Efficiency & Business Support team and actively shape the further development of Zurich Switzerland. The position becomes vacant as part of a replacement, as the previous job holder is retiring after many years at Zurich. Together with your team of nine experts, you ensure that our underwriting processes are consistently aligned with efficiency and customer excellence. In close exchange with Product Management, Market Facing Underwriting, and IT, you develop a clear strategic direction and translate this independently into concrete, effective measures. With your project management, business, IT, and architecture competence, you bring both specialist and technical know-how - and ensure perceptible impact in everyday life.
