Job description – Traffic Service Employee Position Traffic Service Employee (m/f/d) Tasks Regulation and monitoring of traffic at construction sites, events or diversions Ensuring a safe and smooth flow of traffic Use of traffic signals and barriers Support for pedestrians and road users Control of compliance with safety regulations Collaboration with police, construction management and organizers Reporting of special incidents or dangerous situations Requirements Good physical condition and resilience Sense of responsibility and reliable way of working Friendly and confident appearance Willingness to work shifts, nights and weekends Good German language skills Experience in security or traffic service is an advantage Skills Ability to concentrate and attentiveness Conflict management skills and calm handling of people Teamwork skills Quick reaction capability in stressful situations Work location Construction sites, events, public roads or company premises. Working hours Shift operation, part-time or full-time possible; deployments also at night as well as on weekends and public holidays.
