Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Lead, in German, complex, international and intercantonal criminal proceedings, sometimes highly publicized, in the field of cybercrime • Order evidence administration measures, including coercive measures, and submit active requests for judicial assistance • Draft decisions ending the proceedings, indictments, appeals, as well as positions within the framework of appeal proceedings • Represent the prosecution before all judicial authorities • Ensure the technical direction and coaching of the interdisciplinary proceedings team <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in law and in-depth knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure; the bar admission or additional qualifications such as a doctoral thesis, an LL.M. or advanced CAS is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in a similar position within a Public Prosecutor's Office or a court • Structured and results-oriented working method, combined with pronounced analytical skills • Assertive personality capable of handling pressure, with diplomatic talent and a strong team spirit • Natural confidence, good communication skills and ability to perform a leadership role • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and English; passive knowledge of a third official language is an advantage <br /> In a few words Tackle demanding challenges in close collaboration with national and international partners: actively contribute to preserving the cybersecurity of Switzerland.
