For the further development of the Metalli living space in the heart of Zug, we are expanding our development team and offering a committed, entrepreneurially thinking person the opportunity to take on a central role in real estate development. In this function, you will be responsible for the development of demanding projects within our real estate portfolio, with a focus on urban planning and architectural quality, sustainability, and innovation, and will actively shape the future of one of the most formative urban spaces in Zug. Your main tasks include: Analyses & Development Potential: To make informed decisions, you will conduct market, location, and potential analyses and identify new development opportunities in a targeted manner. Competitions & Study Procedures: You will be responsible for the preparation, organization, and implementation of project competitions and study assignments, ensuring the quality and further development of the projects. Project Development: You will be responsible for the development of demanding center and area developments with a focus on living, commerce, and retail. In doing so, you will conceptualize and realize future-proof mixes of uses with the goal of creating vibrant and attractive urban spaces. Project Responsibility & Quality Assurance: In your role, you will take on responsibility for real estate projects from strategic conception and project idea to construction start. You will ensure high urban planning, architectural, and design quality throughout all project phases and be responsible for the integral control of costs, deadlines, and quality. Stakeholder Management & Coordination: In close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders - especially planners, authorities, and tenants - you will steer and coordinate all project participants in a targeted and efficient manner. Sustainability & Innovation: A central part of your activity is the consistent integration of sustainability and innovation in all project phases to ensure future-proof and valuable real estate solutions. You bring the following qualifications: Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate Economics Several years of experience in the development of complex real estate projects Experience in professional dealings with internal and external stakeholders In-depth knowledge of construction law, SIA norms, and real estate valuation Security in the integral control of costs, deadlines, and quality Strong sense of personal responsibility and a high degree of reliability Strong communication skills and negotiating skills in dealing with different stakeholder groups Structured, forward-looking, and solution-oriented working method Strong team orientation and ability to inspire and motivate others High willingness to drive innovations and actively shape changes Willingness to continuous further education (e.g., leadership, project management, real estate) We offer you an interesting and responsible activity in a powerful and dynamic team.
