We are immediately seeking motivated foremen for horticulture with a location in Näfels (GL): Area of responsibility: • Organizing on the construction site • Technical leadership of one or more work groups • Coordinating material deliveries • Building and implementing new installations in garden and landscape construction • Implementing garden modifications • Marking out and measuring • Operating construction machinery and equipment • Recording reports • Creating measurements • Supervising trainees • Ensuring workplace safety Profile: • Completed vocational training in the construction industry with corresponding further education • Efficient, precise and independent working method • Enjoyment of team work • Good organizational and decision-making skills • High sense of responsibility and quality awareness • Assuming a role model function • Driver's license category B
