For our experienced 7-member shift team in our modern workshop, we are looking, due to the professional reorientation of our valued colleague, for a team-oriented and flexible personality with high quality standards as Team Leader Metalworking «Turning in 2-shift operation» (m/f/d) 80 - 100 % Your typical day ## • Leading your team: You take over the technical and personnel leadership (from target agreements to performance reviews to absence planning) of your team • Developing people: You ensure the training and further education of your employees, conduct development and conflict discussions, and specifically develop competencies and cohesion within the team • Optimizing processes: You improve working methods and tools, create and process Change Requests together with AVOR, and support pre-series and zero-series production • Demonstrating finesse: Even with the smallest components (precise work with tweezers and microscope), you maintain a clear overview • Securing operations: You perform first-piece inspections with your employees, thereby ensuring flawless production from the start.
