For our client, we are looking for a Payroll Accounting Specialist who will take over payroll administration with passion and care and play an important role in a motivated team. Region: Bern Employment type: Permanent employment Workload: 50-60% Your tasks • Independent execution of monthly payroll runs, for both monthly and hourly wages • Management of social insurances and processing of accident and illness cases • Maintenance and adjustment of personnel and payroll data in a specialized system • Preparation of withholding tax statements and execution of year-end closing work including salary certificates • Communication and adjustments with social insurance providers and pension funds • Contact person for employees regarding questions about payroll statements and social benefits • Participation in the optimization of processes in the area of payroll accounting • Preparation of reports and statistics for HR purposes Your profile • Completed commercial training • Further training in the area of payroll accounting or social insurances is an advantage • Professional experience in payroll accounting and knowledge of social insurances • Proficient use of IT applications; experience with NEXUS is advantageous • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing What we offer you • A responsible task with varied activities • Attractive employment conditions in accordance with cantonal guidelines • Five weeks of vacation for recovery • Free parking and good connection to public transport • Opportunities for internal and external further training • Company social counseling service for comprehensive support in all life situations Interested?
