The main tasks ####

• Support of the mandate management as well as taking over partial project responsibility
• Operational responsibility in infrastructural, technical and commercial facility management
• Direct customer contact with clients, facility management and suppliers
• Coordination of various service providers and external service providers
• Optimization of workflows as well as development and further development of processes
• Specialist leadership and support of employees in the area

The requirement profile ####

• Higher education in building technology (HVAC or electrical) or Facility Management (HF/FH/BSc an advantage)
• Several years of experience in facility management
• Readiness for a leadership function, experience an advantage
• Very good German skills, other languages advantageous
• Strong customer orientation and service focus
• Good IT skills and organizational talent
