Accounting & HR Assistant (50%) Accounting Assistant at GOLDMUND SA GOLDMUND SA, a renowned company in the high-end audio sector, is seeking a motivated and organized Accounting & HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Switzerland. If you are passionate about accounting and wish to evolve in a stimulating environment, this opportunity is for you! Your missions Accounting (around 40%) Enter and check accounting entries. Process supplier invoices and ensure payment follow-up. Perform bank reconciliations. VAT breakdown Participate in monthly and annual closings. Assist in preparing tax returns and financial reports. Ensure the classification and archiving of accounting documents. Collaborate with different departments to guarantee the reliability of financial information. Human Resources (around 10%) Participate in personnel administration (employment contracts, certificates, HR correspondence, etc.). Ensure administrative follow-up of employees (entries, exits, and contractual changes). Prepare variable pay elements and ensure the link with our fiduciary. Participate in monitoring absences, vacations, and social insurance. Provide administrative support in recruitment and integration processes for new employees. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures. Qualifications Diploma in accounting, finance. Previous experience in a similar role, an asset. Good mastery of computer tools, particularly Excel and ERP Dynamics 365. Knowledge of Swiss accounting standards. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
