Your profile
Several years of professional experience in real estate management
Independent, structured way of working and high customer orientation
Confident German in spoken and written form, foreign language skills an advantage
Sound user knowledge in MS Office; ideally, you are also familiar with ImmoTop2
You are winning, communicative, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
Your area of responsibility
Independent management of condominium property and rental properties
Initial and re-letting
Control and plausibility check of statements
Execution and management of STWEG and MEG meetings
Maintenance of customer relationships and regular exchange with owners
Participation in the further development of internal processes and administrative workflows
