• You accompany the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit and are responsible for HR administration, correspondence, and the creation of relevant personnel documents.
• As a central point of contact for our employees, you receive diverse HR concerns, answer questions, advise competently, and ensure a high quality of service.
• You undertake the deputy role for the Payroll Manager and are the first point of contact for questions regarding social insurances.
• You support your supervisors with administrative tasks and thereby contribute to smooth HR daily business.
• You manage time recording and assist in the creation of relevant HR statistics, reports, and evaluations.
• With your experience and your eye for efficient processes, you participate in internal company projects and actively contribute to the further development of existing processes.

This is what you bring with you.

• You have completed basic training and have further educated yourself in the HR or social insurance sector.
• We benefit from your several years of professional experience in HR administration, ideally supplemented by practical experience in payroll.
• You are familiar with Swiss social insurances and simultaneously bring a flair for numbers.
• You enjoy a versatile, operational HR function and convince with a structured, independent, and careful way of working as well as a high sense of quality.
• With your open, uncomplicated, and service-oriented manner, you are a competent contact person for employees and internal stakeholders.
• You value cooperation in a well-coordinated team, actively participate, and support your colleagues wherever you are needed. That is what distinguishes us.
