Watchmaking Operator

Your mission:

Within a high-end production environment, you are the guarantor of the quality and precision of your achievements.

Carry out various watchmaking decorations in compliance with defined quality standards and cadences.
Perform finishing and end-of-flow operations, notably brushing and mise en bouclard.
Handle very small components requiring precision and dexterity with care.
Visually control the quality of your work and identify any non-conformities.
Ensure compliance with methods, quality requirements, and manufacture standards.
Contribute, through your rigor and sense of detail, to the creation of pieces meeting the highest levels of requirement.

You are a meticulous, precise person passionate about a job well done.

A first experience in watchmaking, ideally in decoration or finishing, constitutes a real asset.
Excellent manual dexterity and ease in manipulating small components.
Precise gaze and a keen sense of detail.
Rigorous, calm, methodical, and organized personality.
Ability to maintain a high level of quality in a demanding environment.
Comfortable with production objectives and high-quality standards.
Motivation to evolve in a prestigious watchmaking environment and to develop your know-how.
