Das Seelandheim is looking, starting immediately or by arrangement, for the area of People with disabilities for a: Specialist in Care EFZ (FaBe B) 70-90% ## Tasks ### • Everyday Hero - You are responsible for the professional occupation, care, and support of our residents. With head, heart, and humor, you shape a structured but development-promoting environment. • Daily responsibility and Co. - You ensure that everything runs smoothly in your area of responsibility from breakfast until the end of the shift. • Everyday magic and reference person - You shape individual everyday support and have an open ear and an open heart for our residents. • Personal care professional or willing to learn - You can handle comprehensive daily or personal care or are willing to learn this. • Relative management - You maintain a trusting cooperation with relatives and meet them with appreciation. • Team player through and through - You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with the team, promote cohesion, but also see the big picture and drive development forward with creative impulses. • Skilled worker manufacturing - As a vocational trainer, you take on the role of a mentor and ensure through high-quality support that training can be successfully completed with us. • Implementer - You support the team and the residential group management so that we can continue to live internal standards and concepts with high quality. Profile ### • Care is your thing - You have completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ or a comparable qualification. • Experience and warmth - People with cognitive and multiple disabilities are close to your heart and part of your treasure trove of experience. • Training know-how - Ideally, you bring experience in vocational training or are willing to undergo further training in this regard. • Flexibility and nerves of steel - You are resilient and flexible, remain calm even in challenging situations, and see opportunities in challenging behavior. • Paperwork? No problem! - Your PC skills are sound and you effortlessly find the right words in writing as well. • Driver's license B - In the best case, you enjoy driving our transporter (9 seats).
