As part of the opening of a new class, we are looking for an educator ready to form a duo with the teacher and to take part in this new project from its beginnings. Your role * Participate in the implementation of the new class, hand in hand with the teacher * Accompany the pupils daily in the classroom, individually and in groups * Collaborate closely with the teacher regarding the school curriculum and the objectives of each pupil * Ensure the administrative follow-up related to your support What you bring * A diploma in social education (ES or HES) or an equivalent training * Solid experience with children with autism spectrum disorder * Good knowledge of support approaches and tools specific to autism (structuring the environment, alternative and augmentative communication, etc.) * Ideally, experience with children presenting an intellectual developmental disorder * An excellent sense of contact, dynamism, autonomy and a good dose of patience * Availability from Monday to Friday, an indispensable condition to ensure a daily presence with the pupils What we offer you * The school rhythm, with the corresponding holidays * Working conditions according to the CCT Social Vaud * An experienced and motivated multidisciplinary team, where every voice counts * An institution rich in its multiple missions, from childhood to adulthood * A unique working environment, in the middle of nature In short Rate: 70 %, mandatory distribution over the five days of the week (from Monday to Friday).
