Bilingual Legal Counsel

We are looking for an engaged and competent Bilingual Legal Counsel for legal matters regarding the locations Zürich and Fribourg, available immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility: We from the Legal Team accompany Energie 360° and its subsidiaries on the way to a successful and renewable energy future. We work closely with our internal and external customers, actively using AI and aligning our way of working to create as much positive impact as possible. As part of our team, you will take over the legal support of Energie 360° and its subsidiaries in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. In doing so, diverse tasks and issues await you: * You support our projects and employees in all legal matters. The focus is primarily on the topics of gas, energy networks, energy solutions, and electromobility * You create, review, and negotiate contracts of all kinds with key customers and project partners * You are responsible for our project business and our mobility activities in French-speaking Switzerland from a legal perspective * You take care of regulatory issues as well as issues of public law and competition law * You process legal cases and represent us in proceedings before authorities and courts. Your profile: You are a motivated and team-oriented personality who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering tangible results. You are accustomed to independent, efficient, and digital working, enjoy taking on responsibility, and have fun developing pragmatic solutions for demanding projects within a team. After your studies, you obtained the Swiss attorney patent. After that, you worked for several years in a law firm oriented towards business law and, if applicable, additionally in the legal department of a company. You possess sound knowledge of contract law and have ideally been able to gain as much professional experience as possible in the areas of activity of our company. German or French is your mother tongue, and you master the other language fluently - also in a legal context. Our Legal Team is based at the headquarters in Zürich, where you should be present 1-2 days per week. On the remaining days, you work flexibly from your home office or at one of our locations in Zürich, Fribourg, or Lausanne.
