The organization allows for the effective combination of a local approach and an overview, guaranteeing the population a global and local hospital offering, regardless of where the services are required. Thanks to the commitment and competence of the over 6-500 collaborators and their attention toward human relationships, l-EOC ensures quality healthcare by caring for over 41'000 inpatient patients per year and providing over 600'000 outpatient consultations. To complete our team of medical secretariats and outpatient clinics of the Ospedale Regionale di Locarno la Carità, we are looking for a Medical practice assistant (50-70%) # Profile: ## The person we would like to meet is flexible and knows how to adapt promptly to different situations. Cordial and sociable, they demonstrate a strong proactive attitude. In addition to the autonomous management of medico-delegated acts, they have a good command of the main secretarial tasks (patient reception, drafting medical reports, billing, appointment management). The ideal candidate is particularly sensitive to understanding the needs of the users and believes, like us, in the importance of putting the patient at the center of our attention. They also understand the importance of confidentiality and professional secrecy. Necessary requirements: ## • federal certificate of capacity as a Medical practice assistant; • good IT skills (Microsoft Office) and typing skills; • Italian native language and good oral knowledge of German.
