IT Systems & Networks Administrator 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Provide complete technical support (L1 to L3)
• Administer and evolve systems and network infrastructures
• Ensure the availability, security, and backup of IT environments
• Manage and optimize networks (LAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi) as well as associated equipment
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the ERP (Odoo) and business tools (interfaces, API)
• Support users and clients, providing a role of advice, documentation, and technical follow-up

Profile

• Training in computer science (CFC, ES, HES or title deemed equivalent)
• Proven experience in the fields of systems, networks, and IT support
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network infrastructures
• Experience in user support, incident management, and ideally in an ERP environment
• Knowledge of web development, API architecture and, ideally, Linux environments
• Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented personality, with an excellent sense of service and a strong team spirit
