Integration Consultant IV Position (80%-100%)

$Your task is demanding and versatile$
In a team of around 6 employees, you are responsible for the professional reintegration measures of the Invalidenversicherung. The services of the IV in the area of professional reintegration are broad-ranging and range from psychosocial counseling, retraining, job retention, job placement, ergonomic workplace design and employer contributions to capital aids to promote self-employed activity.

The reintegration process is oriented towards the methods of Case Management. In doing so, you work together with various IV institutions, partners and employers. You set reintegration goals and actively manage the reintegration. You support and accompany the customers during the reintegration phase. Various administrative activities, such as writing reports and creating decisions and decrees, are part of your daily tasks.

Do you have a:

Further education (e.g., higher vocational training, higher technical college or equivalent training in the economic or social sector, psychology, counseling)
Further training in Case Management or the willingness to begin this further training
Professional experience as a consultant (Case Management area)
