Your responsibilities

As Head of Finance, you assume global responsibility for the Finance domain. In this key function, you are the thinking partner to the Management and guarantee financial steering within our company.

Your missions

• Responsibility for the management control of major projects, including analyses of variances between forecasts and actuals, margin analyses, and risk assessments
• Responsibility for all finance and accounting
• Development of the budget, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Implementation and development of performance indicators and reporting systems
• Execution of profitability analyses and complex financial calculations
• Guarantee of an effective internal control system (ICS)
• Primary contact for auditing bodies, banks, and external partners
• Hierarchical and functional management of a small team
• Support, development, and enhancement of employees
• Optimization of processes and procedures

Your profile

• Higher education in finance, business management, or accounting
• Several years of managerial experience in a similar function
• Proven experience in financial management and project control
• Excellent knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience in steering and monitoring large complex projects
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working method
• High sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written; any other language is an asset
