This is what your daily routine looks like ## • To the core: You plan appointments for our customer advisors and fill their calendars week after week with suitable customer appointments. • After making an appointment, you send confirmations by email or mail and ensure that all relevant information is recorded in full. • In the calendar, you keep an overview, adjust agreed appointments, reschedule them if necessary, or delete them. • You respond promptly to emails regarding appointment requests and address the concerns of customers. • You carefully process leads, move them to the right pipeline, or close them. You approach them openly and your positive attitude is infectious. • A completed vocational training in KV, retail, or another exciting profession - we are open to this. • You communicate securely in German, both verbally and in writing, and express yourself clearly and understandably.
