Talent Acquisition & HR Manager (100%) & de Meuron is an international architecture firm based in Basel, Switzerland. The office was founded in 1978 and is led by the two founders, together with the partners and the CEO. Today, an international team of over 500 employees is engaged in a variety of projects in Europe, America and Asia. The headquarters in Basel works together with studios in Berlin and Munich, Barcelona, Paris, London, Hong Kong, New York and San Francisco. For our Human Resources Department in Basel, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Manager (100%) to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you combine strategic recruiting with operational HR work. You attract the right talents for our international office, accompany managers as a sparring partner and contribute to the sustainable further development of our corporate culture. At the same time, you develop our HR processes together with the team and take responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will become part of a dedicated, six-person HR team, in which initiative, proactive thinking and cooperation are highly valued. What awaits you As part of our HR team, you will work closely with our Head of Human Resources. You will move in an international environment where no two days are the same and your ideas are welcome. Your tasks include, among others: You identify talents, assess applications and make well-founded pre-selections. You accompany applicants along the entire candidate journey and ensure a professional candidate experience. You actively approach potential employees via various channels and build sustainable talent pipelines. You advise and accompany managers in the recruitment process and contribute your recruiting expertise to selection decisions. You observe trends, develop new recruiting strategies and optimize our recruiting and HR processes together with the team. Depending on demand, you also take on generalist HR tasks and support managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You actively participate in HR projects as well as the introduction and further development of digital HR solutions. What you bring with you You are an enterprising, discreet and solution-oriented personality who likes to take responsibility and can inspire people with opportunities. You feel comfortable in an international environment and appreciate actively driving things forward. In addition, you bring: A university degree (university or technical college) or a comparable education. Several years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting or a generalist HR environment. Joy in building networks and actively approaching people. A strong sense for personalities as well as high quality standards in the selection of talent. Interest in architecture, design or a creative working environment is an advantage. German or English at native speaker level as well as very good knowledge (at least C1) of the respective other language in speaking and writing.
