Job number: 8509 Work location: St.Gallen Workload: 100% Activities: • Ensuring the technical availability and operational readiness of production plants and machines • Independent execution of maintenance, servicing, and repair work • Error analysis as well as rapid and sustainable troubleshooting during ongoing production operations • Technical support for production as well as collaboration on optimizations of plants and processes • Participation in the establishment and continuous further development of a preventive maintenance system • Careful documentation of maintenance work, malfunctions, and measures taken • Collaboration on technical improvement projects to increase efficiency, quality, and plant availability • Compliance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards Requirements: • Completed vocational training in the field of metalworking or comparable qualification • Basic mechanical training is an advantage • Several years of professional experience as a machine operator or plant operator • Experience in brazing as well as good welding skills are an advantage • Interest in the continuous improvement of production processes • Reliable, committed, and resilient personality • Independent, careful, and efficient way of working • Strong quality awareness and high precision • Willingness to work in 2-shift operations as well as night shifts • Good German language skills in speaking and writing B1-B2
