Thanks to your knowledge of the region and your sense of service, you contribute to offering them a simple, efficient, and pleasant settlement experience. Your main responsibilities Accompany employees and their families during their settlement. Organize and conduct property viewings. Advise clients on their administrative and practical procedures (municipality, insurance, banks, schools, transport, etc.). Collaborate with real estate agencies, authorities, and local partners. Ensure personalized and quality-oriented support. Assignments are organized according to our clients' mandates and offer great flexibility. Your profile Experience in relocation, real estate, tourism, hospitality, or a comparable service field. Excellent knowledge of the Lausanne region. Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented personality. Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written; German is an asset.
