Assistant in community nursing and health ASSC Profile * Federal Certificate of Capacity as ASSC * Experience in geriatrics is an asset * Knowledge of IT tools * Interpersonal skills * Team spirit * Administrative rigor * Sense of initiative * Sensitivity to relational aspects Mission * Ensure, promote and look after the physical, psychic and social well-being of residents by stimulating their individual resources and respecting their personality, their religious belief. * In collaboration with the nurse: * Ensure the organization of work in their unit while respecting the physical and psychic safety of the residents. * Accompany, within the framework of the care project, the residents under their care and supplement the incapacities of dependent persons for the performance of daily life activities. * Evaluate the appropriate attitude to have between comfort and health promotion in our interventions with residents. * Contribute to good communication between team members and other departments.
