Area of Responsibility

• You lead the currently 3-member team in assembly and maintenance in terms of personnel and ensure its further development.
• You optimize processes related to specific topics.
• You plan and coordinate projects in the field of electronics and control technology and implement them with your team.
• Repairs, maintenance, upkeep, and the installation of intelligent systems and plants are also your responsibility.
• For repairs, conversions, and service assignments, you handle material procurement and maintain an efficient spare parts warehouse.

Requirement Profile

• You have a technical education with further training as an Electrical Engineer HF, Electrical Engineer FH or similar.
• You have already been able to gain initial experience in deployment planning and the leadership of a small team.
• You are characterized by a structured, independent, and active way of working.
• You are decisive and have an economic-solution-oriented mindset.
• Your communicative and assertive nature is complemented by your customer orientation.
• Good German skills, French and/or English are an advantage.
