ServiceNow Engineer (a) As a ServiceNow Engineer, you are co-responsible for the secure and reliable operation and the continuous further development of the platform and applications. In our On-Premise environment, you can additionally contribute your know-how with databases and Linux. You can expect a diverse and varied environment. You will work as a ServiceNow Engineer in a small, agile team of specialists. You analyze requirements and problem statements, work on finding solutions, and implement them within the team. Ideally, you possess a CSA certification or other ServiceNow certificates and have a sound IT education You are familiar with ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM/Discovery, integrations (REST, LDAP, SSO, MID Server) as well as automations with Flow Designer and workflows You bring sound JavaScript knowledge; knowledge of Bash, PowerShell and SQL is an advantage Ideally, you have already actively accompanied a migration from ServiceNow On-Premise to the cloud (SaaS) and were able to gain initial experience with Ansible, Terraform or Microsoft Azure.
