Technical Buyer (w/m/d) 100%.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Independent processing of the entire ordering process from inquiry to invoice verification
• Ensuring material supply in terms of schedule, quality and cost
• Monitoring delivery dates as well as processing complaints and delivery deviations
• Close cooperation with production, technology, logistics and quality assurance
• Maintenance of article, supplier and price data in the ERP system
• Creating data analyses on suppliers, market, costs and prices for goods and services
• Carrying out and evaluating supplier audits
• Evaluation of suppliers and testing of new products, services or innovations on the market
• Development and implementation of purchasing and procurement strategies
• Conducting price, contract and framework agreement negotiations
• Identification and implementation of cost optimization and saving potentials

Your requirement profile:

• Technical basic training with commercial further training or commercial training with strong technical understanding
• Further training in purchasing (e.g. Purchasing Specialist, Supply Chain Management) is an advantage
• Several years of experience in technical purchasing for an industrial or production company
• Negotiation-secure appearance as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in supplier management and in contract negotiations
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
