At Kita Talgutzentrum, we pay attention to a wide range of offers and mindful, individual care. We provide children with diverse spaces for discovery, movement, and freedom. The Kita includes a young, cheerful, and motivated team. To complement our team, we are looking for a committed, warm, and creative personality immediately or by arrangement. Group Leader / Co-educator 20% permanent position (Friday) with additional substitute function (approx. 40% at hourly wage) Your tasks: Pedagogical work in the group with the children Parent work Designing a flexible, varied group life, based on our pedagogical concept Assistance in the organization and implementation of events with the children and/or the parents Assistance in the design and furnishing of the group rooms Proportional assistance in housework Teamwork, incl. active participation in team meetings   We expect: A completed training as a Kleinkinderzieher/in or Fachfrau Betreuung Kinder Joy and passion in working with children from 3 months to kindergarten Willingness to contribute to a team Flexibility in working hours scheduling Active cooperation in the group according to our pedagogical concept Care, nursing, and individual accompaniment of the children according to their developmental stage Patience in dealing with children and resilience, even in hectic situations Communicative and appreciative work in the team   We offer: Self-determination and co-determination in varied work Versatile and responsible activity in a committed team Structured and regular working hours in an optimal working environment and 5 weeks vacation A large space for individuality and creativity   If you feel addressed and want to become part of our committed team, then we look forward to your application!
