Start of employment: by arrangement Work location: Münsingen As a cantonal youth home, we support institutionally admitted, behaviorally problematic, average-ability young women between 13 and 22 years old. We have 24 places in residential groups managed from closed to open, internal daily structures, and therapeutic offers. Schema pedagogy forms the basis for our pedagogical work. Your tasks You supervise a maximum of 7 young women in our semi-closed residential group and create realistic futures for the young people. For one - two young women, you assume the role of a reference person. Your profile You strengthen the resources of our young people. The schema pedagogical approach helps them in doing so. Taking proximity and distance into account, you shape the relationship with our young people. You are able to build relationship credit that enables you to engage constructively in confrontation with the young women. As a reference person, you develop individual perspectives together with your reference youth and accompany them on the path to realizing these. You have a recognized subject-specific training in the social sector or in pedagogy. Ideally, you can demonstrate experience with behaviorally problematic adolescents. For the guidance of our students and interns, it is an advantage if you have completed the practical training in social pedagogy or bring the willingness to complete it. You bring a certain amount of life experience as well as the willingness to work irregular hours including night presence duty and are at least 23 years old.
