For our client UBS Switzerland SA, we are immediately seeking an Experienced Event Manager for the Valais region, 80-100% Your tasks: Assessment of needs, joint definition of objectives and development of different event formats in collaboration with stakeholders within the bank Planning, design, creation, organization, implementation and operational monitoring of marketing events for all bank segments Project responsibility from A to Z: from analysis and planning to implementation, including budget monitoring and success evaluation Integration of content elements into optimal live communication logic and guarantee of a unique customer journey Data-based analysis and interpretation of event KPIs to continuously optimize event performance Research and coordination of external service providers (room rental, catering, technology, decoration) A good local network in Valais is an asset for effective collaboration with partners and service providers Stakeholder management, including coordination and supervision of speakers during event implementation Management and supervision of hostesses and hosts during events Travel in the context of event implementation (driver's license required) Place of work: Valais, Sion Your profile: Higher education in marketing and/or Event Management (HES, hotel school or equivalent training) More than two years of experience in organizing prestigious events, preferably in the financial or luxury sector Strong customer focus and excellent understanding of service provision Ability to work autonomously and efficiently, with a constant focus on quality and processes Strong affinity for digital and AI (use of digital event tools as well as specific AI tools) Analytical and conceptual mindset, with the ability to transform complex topics into clear and structured content Availability in the evening and on weekends French as mother tongue, very good knowledge of German and English Mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
