Reporting to the Pôle Expertises Transverses, within the Solutions Unit, you will join a team of application engineers as an IT Application Engineer. You will contribute to the development, integration, and evolution of the company's digital solutions, mainly around SAP CX and OpenText, as well as their proper functioning in the cloud.
Your main responsibilities
Participate in the development, maintenance, and evolution of interfaces between the SAP ecosystem solutions (SAP CX, OpenText),
contribute to the integration and exchange of data between applications via REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and batch processing,
participate in the management of customer data (profile, preferences, consents) in SAP CX and in the functional and technical administration of OpenText solutions,
carry out developments, settings, corrections as well as unit tests, integration tests, and technical validations,
participate in deployments, production releases, and the supervision of application environments,
analyze and contribute to the resolution of application incidents,
document developments, technical procedures, and operating modes,
collaborate with business teams, technical partners, and other IT teams in order to propose solutions adapted to needs,
contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and to technological monitoring of SAP CX and OpenText solutions.
Your profile
Higher education degree in computer science (HES, university, engineering school or equivalent),
first experience (internship, work-study, or 0 to 2 years) in application development or integration,
knowledge of integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, web services, JSON, XML) and of secure development and data protection principles,
knowledge of the SAP environment (SAP CX, Emarsys) or strong motivation to develop these skills,
knowledge of OpenText solutions (document management, archiving or integration with SAP), an asset,
interest in Cloud environments and integration architectures,
ability to analyze technical incidents and propose solutions with the support of experienced employees,
