Dispatcher / Disponent (m/f)

Your tasks

• Recording of telephone and written repair reports in SAP and the Dispotool
• Scheduling of technician assignments
• Planning and coordination of maintenance work
• Processing and monitoring of all customer requests
• Communication with customers, technicians and suppliers by telephone or email
• Support in the creation of offers for repairs
• Invoicing of service assignments
• Continuous master data maintenance and further development of scheduling

Your qualifications

• Commercial training or training in a technical field
• Professional experience in scheduling and in service organizations
• Proficient in handling SAP and MS Office
• Customer-oriented, professional and exact working style
• Clear and structured thinking, quick comprehension
• Resilient and team-capable
• Native German, good English and French skills in spoken and written form
