Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and coordinate work on construction sites.
• Supervise teams and distribute tasks according to the schedule and priorities.
• Monitor progress, quality of execution, and compliance with deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and current regulations.
• Coordinate interventions with project management, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Anticipate needs for personnel, materials, machines, and tools.
• Check deliveries and ensure the proper use of equipment.
• Actively participate in the work when the site situation requires it.
• Perform surveys, daily reports, and necessary checks for work monitoring.
• Promptly report technical difficulties, schedule deviations, and additional work.
• Represent the company professionally to clients and partners.

What we are looking for:

• Completed training in the construction field, ideally with a CFC as a mason or a title deemed equivalent.
• Training as a foreman, team leader, or equivalent experience is an asset.
• Proven experience in supervising teams and managing construction sites.
• Good knowledge of construction, renovation, and masonry techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret execution plans.
• Good knowledge of safety rules applicable to construction sites in Switzerland.
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
• Category B driving license indispensable.
