Assistant Health and Social Affairs EBA or Nursing Assistant SRK (m/f/d) \- Dementia Department \- Hourly Basis Das Regionale Pflegezentrum Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of competence. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized through new construction and renovations in the coming years and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments. The Dementia Department currently offers space for 72 and in the future for 170 residents. The nursing departments are operated according to the 3-Worlds-Model by Dr. Held. To cover our peak times, we are looking for flexible employees on an hourly basis for the following shifts: Morning shift: 08:00 – 10:30 Uhr Evening shift: 18:00 – 20:00 Uhr Working days: Monday to Sunday (by arrangement and demand) This is how you support us: You support our nursing team during peak times in the morning and evening – where many hands are needed You give our residents with demential illnesses valuable attention and care You actively help out: with personal hygiene, support our residents with eating, with mobility and in their everyday life You ensure that our residents experience a good start to the day or a quiet end to the evening You work hand in hand with the nursing team and undertake simple nursing measures You observe attentively and pass on important information to the team This is how you can convince us: You have completed training as an Assistant Health & Social Affairs EBA, Nursing Assistant SRK or an equivalently recognized training You bring experience in the long-term care sector and in dealing with residents suffering from dementia You have good German language skills in speaking and writing You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting This is how we inspire you: A modern infrastructure in the new building and a nursing everyday life that is in motion A demanding and independent field of activity A mindful Du-culture characterized by respect and appreciation An internal, versatile continuing education program And that's not all!
