The operating room, located at our Delémont site, is composed of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the care of patients requiring diversified surgical care, mainly in visceral surgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, obstetrics, ENT, ophthalmology and neurosurgery, while ensuring safety, quality and continuity of care.

In order to complete our team in the operating room, we are looking for, for a start of duty from 1er décembre 2026 or by agreement, a:

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize and ensure the availability of equipment necessary for surgical interventions.
• Guarantee the proper technical functioning of medical devices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists and operating room nurses to ensure the optimal progress of interventions.
• Ensure the traceability of the equipment used and participate in the monitoring of hygiene and sterilization processes.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, organized and efficient operating environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma as a technician in the operating room (TSO), IBODE or IDDO.
• Previous experience in the operating room in different specialties desired.
• Excellent mastery of aseptic rules and safety protocols.
• Acute sense of precision, rigor and ability to manage complex situations.
• Team spirit, autonomy, flexibility and good resistance to stress.
