As a Swiss market leader, we have been successfully supplying B2B customers in various distribution channels since 1983. To strengthen our Purchasing & Disposition team, we are looking for an engaged personality as:

Supply Chain Coordinator 80 - 100 %

Your tasks

• Independent requirement determination and processing of operational purchasing
• Requesting and evaluating offers as well as supporting price negotiations
• Organization, coordination, and monitoring of transports by sea, air, and land
• Deadline monitoring, complaint processing, and ensuring high delivery performance
• Ensuring high data quality in the ERP system (COMARCH) as well as master data maintenance

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in purchasing, disposition, or material management
• Communication in German and English, other languages an advantage
• Negotiation skills, communication strength, and high assertiveness
• Analytical and process-oriented thinking skills as well as a strong affinity for numbers
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
