Project Manager Technical / Interior Fit-out Romandie

The Position

• You will gradually take over larger interior fit-out projects in the Romandie and manage them independently in the medium term
• Institutional clients such as schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and administrations characterize your projects
• From carpenter plans, details, parts lists, and orders, the technical basis for clean execution is created
• In exchange with production and assembly, you clarify feasibility, materials, constructions, and assembly processes
• Towards architecture, clients, and construction management, you represent solutions, deadlines, costs, quality, and supplements

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a Schreiner:in EFZ and bring experience in AVOR, technical planning, or project execution
• Further training as a Projektleiter:in/AVOR, Techniker:in HF Holztechnik, or Schreinermeister:in fits well with this role
• You draw carpenter plans and technical details routinely, precisely, and with a view to production
• You want to bring your experience to the outside world and lead projects independently step by step
• Orally, you move confidently in French and German in exchange with clients, architecture, and construction management

Your Opportunities

• During approximately 6 months, you will build up the necessary company, production, and project knowledge on-site
• Afterwards, you will manage projects in the Romandie with strong technical support from planning, production, and assembly
• Projects of approximately CHF 200'000 to CHF 3 Mio. give your experience weight and visibility
• Your place of work will perspectively develop towards Bern or Westschweiz, for example Lausanne
