Your tasks

• Personnel, organizational, and professional management of the team of 10 people
• Hub function and primary contact person for various coordination tasks between parents, doctors, and nursing
• Documentation and further development of processes and process workflows
• Assumption of delegated tasks from the department management, evaluations and reporting, PEP management
• Cooperation in day-to-day business

Your profile

• You have a completed commercial vocational training with further training in the hospital sector or comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience and leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
• Furthermore, you have good oral foreign language skills (E/I/F)
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, resilience, and flexibility
• You have very good knowledge of medical terminology
• You bring analytical thinking skills, an understanding of processes, and strong coordination skills
• You enjoy interdisciplinary work as well as the networking of medical and administrative requirements
