The Boudry site, which employs approximately 100 people, specializes in the manufacture of high-tech printed circuit boards. Our company is certified ISO 9001, 13485, 14001 and 45001 and has significant expertise allowing it to meet the current and future challenges of our customers active in the medical, aerospace & defense, automotive and industrial fields You will join the quality team and report to the Quality Manager. You will play a key role in the maintenance and continuous improvement of our integrated management system, in direct link with production, support teams and our customers. Your main missions : • Drive the activities for resolving internal and external non-conformities (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa...). • Perform and follow up on internal audits and workstation audits. • Provide the necessary support to production, final inspection and process and product engineers to meet customer demands. • Actively lead continuous improvement processes (5S, QRQC, FMEA, problem solving, etc.). • Participate in the drafting and maintenance of the integrated management system documents. • Manage internal and external deviations. • Lead continuous improvement projects, in connection with ISO9001/ISO13485 requirements and company certifications. • Participate in qualifications/validations (IQ/OQ/PQ). Your profile : • Engineering degree, completed by quality training or experience deemed equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function • Knowledge of quality tools: (8D, FMEA, 5S, QRQC, and problem solving.) • Knowledge of quality management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards (an advantage). • Knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing technologies, an asset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools as well as document and quality management software (M-Files, Ellistat or equivalents) • Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills. • Rigor, organization, autonomy and proactivity • Ability to manage priorities and solve problems proactively • Curiosity and continuous improvement orientation • Interpersonal skills and taste for cross-functional teamwork • English level B2 (intermediate), both spoken and written
