Daycare Creative and Craft

The Employment and Work division of the Stiftung Arkadis offers adults with disabilities diverse opportunities for a meaningful daily structure and work. In our daycares, in the Arkadis-Laden and in our catering businesses, the individual abilities, needs and interests of our clients are the focus.

For our Daycare Creative and Craft we are looking for a committed specialist who accompanies our clients in everyday life, promotes their independence and designs meaningful and varied activities together with them.

Our clients wish for a person who is "creative, nice and humorous".

Tasks ###

• Accompanying and supporting residents, female and male clients in the work environment
• Application of multimodal communication
• Key person work
• Transport trips of female and male clients with the institution bus
• Completion of household tasks

Requirements ###

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ
• Interest and experience in working with people with high support needs
• Experience in dealing with challenging behavior
• creative and manual flair, good IT skills
• personal competencies: independent, flexible and resilient person as a team player
